Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale, in partnership with Sur La Table

What you will learn:

Slip into the life upstairs at Downton Abbey kitchen for one unforgettable class. In partnership with Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale, we will craft dishes worthy of the Crawley family’s grand table. Learn to perfectly sear scallops, prepare a French butter sauce infused with champagne, and infuse Dauphinoise potatoes with truffle for a dish fit for Lady Mary herself. End class with Île Flottante, or floating island of meringue in a decadent crème anglaise. Kitchen-friendly period attire is encouraged.
