Date Night: Sushi Bar at Sur La Table

Rolling sushi turns out to be even more fun than eating it, especially alongside your favorite person. You and your partner master seasoned sushi rice, then build a shrimp tempura roll, crab inari sushi tucked into crispy fried tofu pockets, and a fresh avocado and vegetable hand roll. Along the way you whisk a bright yuzu dipping sauce and fry shrimp tempura to a crisp. A light yuzu sorbet finishes the night. Seats are limited for this hands-on class.
