Newport Grill hosts an exceptional five-course wine pairing dinner featuring Grgich Hills Estate, one of Napa Valley’s most celebrated wineries. Chefs Emmanuel Fernandez and Noah Vredenburg craft each course to complement the wine — from a tropical Leche de Tigre with albacore and coconut milk paired with Napa Valley Essence Sauvignon Blanc ’23, to a venison rack with foie gras and smoked blackberry butter alongside Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ’21. The evening closes with Love Supreme paired with Violetta dessert wine.
