Every day brings a new destination. In this week-long culinary series, teens travel the globe one dish at a time, mastering the techniques that make bold, regional flavors work: braising, marinating, pan frying, sauce building, dough shaping, and the kind of balanced seasoning that separates good cooks from great ones. Chef instructors guide the way, helping students sharpen their knife skills, develop their palate, and build real confidence at the stove. The week wraps with a final-day challenge where teens put it all together and cook for themselves.
