Prisoner Wine Dinner at Newport Grill

Newport Grill hosts an indulgent five-course wine dinner featuring The Prisoner Wine Company. Each course pairs the kitchen’s best with some of the most recognizable labels in American wine — from an amuse of Yukon chip, Beluga caviar, and crème fraîche alongside Unshackled Brut Sparkling, to prawn and artichoke barigoule, king crab Louie, duck confit with katayifi and beurre noisette, and wild boar osso bucco with smoked polenta. The Prisoner Cabernet Sauvignon closes the night alongside dessert.
