Chef Nick Korbee is bringing a taste of Egg Shop NYC right here to Wichita! Prior to opening First Mile Kitchen, Nick opened the Egg Shop, a beloved restaurant specializing in egg-centric dishes in 2014, and published Egg Shop the Cookbook in 2017.
Join us June 3rd through June 25th for:
- Weekend brunch menu takeovers
- Weekday special menu items from Egg Shop the Cookbook
- Exclusive breakfast for dinner nights on June 14th and 21st
- Egg Shop the Cookbook signing with Chef Nick Korbee 10 AM – 1 PM on Sundays starting June 11th
