Fidelity Bank is hiring a full-time universal banker to serve as the face of the branch. Both a customer-focused and community-focused organization, Fidelity Bank aims to deliver service unsurpassed by any bank of any size.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers into the branch, understanding their needs, and recommending products and services that strengthen their financial well-being. The universal banker handles day-to-day transactions using Teller Pod technology, seeks sales opportunities through customer conversations, fosters teamwork across the bank, and maintains strict confidentiality in line with Fidelity Bank’s core values.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience with the public, one year of sales experience, strong communication skills, and cash-handling experience. Supervisory experience and previous banking or financial services experience are preferred.
