LensCrafters is hiring a part-time sales associate to set the standard in eye care and eyewear, making sure every patient and customer has the best experience, every visit.

Responsibilities include building new customer relationships and cultivating existing ones to meet sales goals, using optical prescriptions to recommend the right lenses and coatings, helping customers select and coordinate frames, and conducting measurements with the proper optical tools while consulting the Optician as needed. The sales associate also contributes to a positive store environment, keeps displays and inventory clean and organized, and treats customers and colleagues with respect.

Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of retail or customer service experience, familiarity with point-of-sale systems, and basic phone and math skills. Strong oral and written communication, a drive to meet sales goals, comfort adopting new technology, and the ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment round out the role.
