Our Sales Associates help support our shops and customers. We are looking for someone who is upbeat, willing to jump in, and help wherever needed. Customer service is very important to us, so we are needing someone who is welcoming, helpful, an detail-oriented for order taking.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 

• Helping customers with questions and product recommendations
•  Ringing up purchases & taking payments
• Maintain organization of shop & shelves at all times
• Answer phone inquiries
• Help with helium balloons for on demand orders
• Communicate between stores on inventory needs and restocks
• Working well with shop team and acting with integrity, humility and respect

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Upbeat and collaborative attitude
• Self-motivated
• Available on weekends
• Retail experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and listen – can take constructive criticism to ensure product is at LOC standards
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
