This summer, get outside and to the Bradley Fair Plaza for a FREE workout in the fresh air, highlighted by the peaceful backdrop of Bradley Fair Lake! Designed for all fitness levels, these 45-minute workouts powered by Opti-Life are a great way to start your Saturday.
Each participant will snag an Athleta swag-bag, goodies and discount coupns for Bradley Fair retailers. Plus, giveaways from Athleta, Bradley Fair and Opti-Life.
Classes are every Saturday morning in June and July from 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM.
Saturday, June 29th - Bootcamp - Boot camp style fun using total body moves and HIIT to build muscle and burn fat!
Saturday, July 6th - Pilates - Improve strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry with this low impact class. *Please bring a yoga mat.
Saturday, July 13th - Boxing - Punch and kick your way to fitness, burn calories and feel strong!
Saturday, July 20th - PIYO - Low impact, high intensity moves to improve your strength, flexibility and cardio all in one workout! No weights. No jumps. *Please bring a yoga mat.
Saturday, July 27th - WERQ - Wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music!
Waiver: Pre-registration is not required, but each attendee must fill out a waiver prior to participation. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out your waiver prior to the class start
