Sur La Table chef instructor will walk you through creating a quick rough puff pastry dough and transforming it into three tasty pastries. You’ll learn how to shape classic Cinnamon Sugar Palmiers and prepare Cherry Turnovers. Plus, you’ll bake a savory masterpiece with caramelized onions and Gruyère for delicious tartlets.
