Hone Your Knife Skills | Sur La Table

Navigating food prep is the foundation of cooking, and that all starts with proper knife techniques. From dicing in bulk to the perfect julienne, you’ll learn to wield your knife with confidence no matter what vegetable, fruit or meat is thrown your way. Sur La Table’s chef instructor will also teach you how to sharpen your knife for precise cuts every time and how to protect your blade for a lifetime of use.
