Flavors of Julia Child + Julia Child’s Kitchen Book

Step into the world of Julia Child with a menu inspired by her beloved recipes. In this class, you’ll master French cooking techniques, like poaching eggs and whipping up a decadent chocolatey mousse. Our chef instructor will guide you through pan-roasting a beef tenderloin to perfection and preparing a pan sauce for the perfect touch. Craft crisp potatoes to perfection and prep fresh veggies for side dishes that ring true to Julia’s iconic flavors. By the end of class, you’ll have an array of dishes fit for honoring an icon-and take home the book Julia Child’s Kitchen by Paula J. Johnson.
