Flaky Homemade Croissants

Learn all about the flaky and buttery goodness that goes into making the perfect French croissant in this hands-on, three-hour class. Our chefs will teach you about mixing, laminating and shaping dough for the perfect, flaky finish. In addition to the classic buttery croissant, you will also fold in savory ham and cheese to one variety and rich chocolate to another so that by the end of class, you’ll have an array of sweet and savory croissants to take home.
