Boot Hill Distillery Barrel- Aged Spirits Dinner

Join us at Newport for our Boot Hill Distillery Dinner for an evening of excellent food and spirits. This five – course dinner is hosted by Lee Griffith of Boot Hill Distillery and will feature the culinary works of Chef Noah Vrendenburg paired with cocktails created by Bar Manager, Jesse Sullard.

First Course:
Bison Carpaccio Salad – Local mixed greens, bison carpaccio, vanilla-oak vinaigrette, local cheeses
Cocktail Pairing – ‘Newport Sbagliato’ featuring Boot Hill Barrel-Aged Gin

Second Course:
Cowboy Bison Stew – Bison, russet potato, parsnips, beans w/ apricot-herb biscuit
Spirit Pairing – Boot Hill White Whiskey

Third Course:
Chipped Beef – Prime rib, local sourdough, herb country cream sauce, pickled red onion
Spirit Pairing – Boot Hill Bourbon

Fourth Course:
Steak N’ Taters – Cowgirl bone-in ribeye, sweet & sour glaze, mashed red potatoes w/ parmesan, flame-roasted garlic green beans
Spirit Pairing – Boot Hill Red Eye Whiskey

Fifth Course:
Chocolate tart w/ cherry mousse
Cocktail Pairing – ‘Oil & Rye’ featuring Boot Hill Straight Wheat Whiskey
