Sur La Table’s Pastry Showcase dives deep into the techniques that define serious baking: pastry cream, wet caramel, yeast doughs, enriched breads, and fully laminated pastry. Each day builds on the last, from patisserie foundations to an ambitious final showcase where they’ll pull off corn elote, crème brûlée, and strawberry matcha croissants. A chef instructor guides every step. By Friday, they’ll have earned it.
