COCOA DOLCE MOVING TO BRADLEY FAIR

(WICHITA, KS) - Laham Development has announced that Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates will move their retail store to the Wichita lifestyle center, Bradley Fair. The nationally-acclaimed, Wichita chocolatier will open in a space between the new Il Vicino restaurant and Williams-Sonoma. Cocoa Dolce plans to open in the new location soon after Labor Day, 2009. The arrival of Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates brings the center to 53 stores and restaurants.

"We have only been in business for 3-1/2 years," said Beth Tully, Cocoa Dolce owner and master chocolatier, "so the opportunity to open in Wichita's premier shopping center is very exciting for us. The new location will allow us to enhance our Chocolate Lounge concept where people can sample chocolates, paired with wine, specialty drinks and gelato in a hip, comfortable setting," continued Tully. The Cocoa Dolce Chocolate Lounge is a unique culinary destination for leisurely sampling and pairing of chocolates. Cocoa Dolce offers the only concept of this kind in Kansas and is one of only a handful in the United States.

Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates features gourmet hand-made chocolates from the finest quality ingredients - ingredients that mass-produced chocolates don't contain because it would reduce their shelf life. Creating the specialty chocolates without preservatives of any kind, Cocoa Dolce practices the fine art tradition of European chocolate making. Beginning with a love for holiday cooking, Tully advanced to formal training, graduating with honors from Ecole Chocolat's Professional Chocolatier Program and completing her Maitre Chocolatier certification in Vancouver.

Highlighting the company and its successes, Cocoa Dolce was a finalist for 2009 Small Business of the Year, awarded by the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce and was recently recognized as Marketer of the Year by the American Marketing Association, Wichita Chapter.

The most recent addition to Bradley Fair, the 2,100 square foot Francesca's Collections will open in the space previously occupied by Genevieve G Shoes. The boutique will open in August 2009.

Bradley Fair offers a scenic open-air Plaza area, overlooking Bradley Fair Lake, where outdoor summer concerts are held. Bradley Fair is currently celebrating its 10th year of providing free summer concerts to the community.

Christi Royse of J.P. Weigand & Sons handled the transaction for Bradley Fair.

Aaron Michaelis of Bachrodt Commercial represented Cocoa Dolce.
